Q - What forms of payment do you accept?
A - We accept cash, check, Visa or Master Card. For your convenience, we also offer an online payment
option here on our website or we can set up a recurring payment option that will automatically charge your card monthly on your anniversary date.
Q - Can I store a vehicle, RV or boat?
A - At San Bruno Storage we are an all indoor facility which does not allow for storage of boats, recreational vehicles or automobiles.
Q - Are there any charges at move in besides the first month rental fee?
A – There is a one-time set up fee of $20 and you need to have a padlock to secure your unit. We offer disc locks for sale at a small fee but we invite you to bring your own lock if you prefer.
Q – Do you require insurance?
A - We do not require our customers to purchase an insurance plan but we will offer you information at move in to obtain a policy from an outside source should you be interested. San Bruno Storage does not insure the goods that you store.
Q – What is the move out policy?
A – We require 7 days notice prior to move out.
